TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Payment is only accepted through Paypal or Kofi.
  2. Work on the commission will not be started until full payment is received upfront.
  3. The client will receive a preliminary sketch before the artwork is finalized, as well as additional progress updates if lineart and color are applicable. During these times the client may request revisions and provide feedback.
  4. Refunds are not allowed. Please only request a commission if you are certain you have the funds and desire for one.
  5. Depending on the client's place in line and complexity of the commission, it may take between two to six weeks for the commission to be completed. If the client requires the commission to be expedited, fees may apply.
  6. The artwork commissioned is for personal use, with credit being optional. Commercial use is allowed if the artwork is for use as a streaming overlay, channel icon, asset for a non profit project, or other uses that do not directly garner profit. Commerical use is prohibited in terms of using the artwork for direct profit, such as printing it on shirts or other merchandise, use in a paid video game, et cetera.
  7. If the client would like expanded commercial rights, they must outline the precise commercial use of the artwork so that additional fees can be agreed upon.
  8. The artwork commissioned is to NEVER be fed into machine learning applications and/or altered using AI of any kind.
  9. If crediting the artwork, either link directly to sun-series.com or refer to @addytionalclownery on Instagram.
  10. By requesting a commission you agree to abide by these terms.

When sending an inquiry, especially on Discord, make sure you specify upfront that you're looking for a commission. Simple messages like "Hi" or "How are you?" are difficult to distinguish from spam and may accidentally be ignored! Additionally, please do not purchase a commission from Kofi without messaging me prior.
